What an LMT battery does not have to carry in February 2027

12 of the 71 data points in Annex XIII are not to be filled in or displayed for an LMT battery on 18 February 2027. Some are repetitions of a data point already required earlier in the list. Two belong to electric vehicles alone, the exhaustion threshold and the state of certified energy. The rest wait on a delegated or implementing act, or on a later compliance date: the carbon footprint declaration and label, and the responsible sourcing report, which Article 48(1) postpones to August 2027. The reason on each line below is the Commission's own wording, not ours.
